As part of our ongoing chauffeur service we are currently soft testing our chauffeur tracking system.
Some of our existing Chauffeur Clients in Hertfordshire and Essex will be emailed in advance and advised that they may be able to track their chauffeur when undertaking bookings through us.
The system has undergone some in house testing and so far we are very impressed.
What does this mean for our clients?
As part of the system when you have booked our services you will now also receive an email booking confirmation with your own personal account details, once you login into your account you will be able to see past and upcoming bookings with us and may be able to change your bookings if necessary due to a date or flight change.
One of the benefits of the new system is that you will also be able to track your chauffeur and will know exactly where he is when your booking is due.
We are also testing advance text notifications where the system automatically texts the client when the driver is five minutes from the designated pick up.
I haven't received my account details?
Not all clients will be on the system from initial release as we want to make sure that the system is 100% working correctly, but we aim to make the chauffeur tracking system available to all our clients by the end of June 2017.
